While our guests are enjoying dinner, having a drink, and getting ready for the show, there’s an entire team behind those kitchen doors working nonstop to make that experience happen. Tickets are flying. Pans are hot. The clock is ticking. And when the restaurant is packed with guests who all need to make the same show on time, every minute matters. But no matter how busy we get, we never want our guests to feel the pressure happening behind the scenes. That’s hospitality. You enjoy the night.
